I love King of the Hill, but there’s one thing Hank has got absolutely, unequivocally, dead wrong: real Texans don’t use propane to BBQ. Real Texans use this:

Agree with you there. Propane is fast and easy, but it's a poor replacement for burning some form of wood or charcoal.
